Know Before You Show

Here are a few tips to help you prepare for your initial consultation

Complete the Confidential Client Questionnaire

If you have not already done so, please complete the confidential client questionnaire via the confirmation email that was sent to you.

Bring Relevant Documents

Please bring any current agreements or court orders, or any documents you have received from the opposing party or their attorney.

Be prepared to Discuss Finances, Expenses and Assets/Debts

You may be asked about you and your spouse’s income, retirement accounts, debts, expenses, etc. This allows the attorney to get a more complete overview of your particular situation so they can advise you to the best of their ability.

Be On Time

We understand things happen that may affect your ability to arrive at the designated appointment time. If you are going to be late, please call the office to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate the delay, but may need to reschedule due to other schedule commitments.
