About

Born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, Brittany Whaley’s interest in the legal field started at a young age. Listening to her father’s stories and experiences as a police officer originally piqued her interest in law, and her time in a family law firm has affirmed her desire to pursue a career in the legal field. From the small details and dates to preparing for trials, Brittany loves helping clients feel organized and confident during a very stressful time. She made the move to Raleigh in 2016 to attend North Carolina State University, and she is currently a senior studying Political Science with a concentration in Law and Justice and a minor in Spanish. Her long-term goal is to become an attorney with a specific focus on children.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with friends, going to Wolfpack football games, pet sitting pups since hers is back home and participating in the latest Netflix-worthy binge.
