For New Clients

New clients may make their initial retainer/trust deposit payments online using the button above. The submission of a retainer payment however does not create an attorney-client relationship. Attorney-client relationship is only created upon the execution of a Legal Services Agreement, signed by an authorized attorney of New Direction Family Law.

For Existing Clients

Existing clients may use the button above to complete trust replenishment payments as requested by the firm. If the existing client also has a balance due, please use the invoice button in the opposite column to satisfy those requests. Please include the client name in the description for each payment.

If you have been quoted fixed fee services (for Absolute Divorce), please use the payment option above.

For Existing Clients

Existing clients can pay invoices online using the portal above. Payment will be applied to the balance due for invoice(s) you have received. If the firm has also requested a trust replenishment, please process as a second transaction using the retainer/trust deposit button in the opposite column to be redirected to our secure online payment portal. Please include the client name in the description for each payment.
