Kelli completed her undergraduate studies at Western Carolina University, majoring in Business Law. She then pursued her legal education at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she gained her first experience with family law through the Boesche Legal Clinic and later as a Licensed Legal Intern at a family law firm. 

Kelli was admitted to practice in Florida and began her career with Children’s Legal Services of the Florida Department of Children and Families; while working there, she advocated for abused and neglected children. In 2009, Kelli and her family relocated back to North Carolina, where she refocused her practice on family law in the Triangle area. Kelli is also a trained parenting coordinator, family law Guardian ad Litem (GAL), and a member of the Tenth Judicial District Bar, the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Kelli’s clients can count on her compassion, preparation, and advocacy. She is committed to guiding families through legal challenges with empathy and understanding, no matter how difficult their case may seem. As a mother of four, Kelli has firsthand experience with the importance of maintaining healthy family dynamics, and she brings this perspective to her work.
